Is there an issue with the Punch List items because the Ball Carts were listed on the docs to be by owner?

Hi @jolson21 !

Although the Ball Carts are listed as by owner instead of by contractor, they could still show up on the punch list before substantial completion. Even though the Ball Carts are provided by the owner, they’re still a part of the project being completed. Thanks!

Hi @gmcgaha !

Thanks for your question! The change order # is per project, just to re-iterate what Garric said. Thanks!
